Jose and Joe were great! Joe was very professional and friendly. He gave us a second opinion on our 19-year-old unit and was excellent at explaining everything. We decided to go ahead and replace it with a new unit. Joe came out the same day, was very kind, and did an amazing job explaining our options and helping us figure out the pricing. Thank you both for a seamless experience during a very unexpected and stressful time—dealing with a broken AC unit in the middle of summer. Also, thank you to the install team who did a great job!

I returned to my condo eight days after Hurricane Ida’s nasty visit, and three days after power was restored to my building. Everything was working fine when I arrived—except for the HVAC unit. It’s one of those "communicating" systems... and it wasn’t communicating. Nidal was on time and gave me a call before his arrival. He was well-organized, performed a systematic review, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The original installers had been a bit sloppy with the wiring—DC current was slightly off at the compressor. He fixed the issue, and now the unit works like a champ. I highly recommend Natal's for all HVAC services.

Our experience with Natal’s was amazing! We had new air ducts, an air filter, and registers installed. It was a two-day job; however, we were informed when the technicians were en route, which made it convenient for our schedule. The technicians were warm and professional, and I was especially impressed that they laid down a dust cloth as they walked in and out of my home. They also cleaned up any dust and debris at the end of each day by sweeping with a broom. My experience from start to finish was excellent — 10/10. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

We had a deteriorating wooden platform supporting our A/C unit. Natal's A/C came in and did a phenomenal job! They replaced the platform, serviced and cleaned the A/C unit, and even added a return air vent in a part of the house that was lacking. The team was professional, courteous, and hardworking.
