Michael was friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He was here to inspect my new HVAC unit, but he also fixed a minor issue with my new Air Flow Register. This is our 3rd time using Natal's. Kerry K. was our technician this time. This was just a tune-up call, but we've had some issue with the AC working its best, and he focused on that. There's a need for some additional work. Kerry gave me several options for our decision making and clearly explained everything in terms I understood - he's very personable. The only thing that's a problem is that he did not have the supplies he needed on the truck today which could have been a solution. He'll need to come back another time with it.
