Amazing experience. Boiler out for a week while landlord hired unqualified plumbers. I finally called Natals and they had someone here within an I had Jeremy who could not have been nicer or more competent for the initial diagnosis. Then Devon and Byron came out a hour later and installed new water tank. Amazing workers. Courtney who answers the phone is also a real gem. Will absolutely use this company forever. I called at 9:30 this morning with an emergency and by 3:30 they had diagnosed problem, sent for a new boiler and installed it. Most professional and competent company I've used in 22 years.
